About Us:

My Window and Door Guy is a state licensed contractor working throughout the greater Tampa Bay, FL area. We work directly with homeowners who are looking to upgrade their old, outdated windows and doors with new ones.

While our founders have been in the window and door industry for many years, we are a new company as of 09/01/2024. The salesman will work directly with co-founder Brian Morton on all sales related activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run 8+ pre-set appointments Monday – Saturday with homeowners who have asked us for a free estimate. 90% of appointments are during the daytime. Average of 1-2 appointments / week at 6:00 pm.
  • Close business. We do not subscribe to, or tolerate, high pressure sales tactics. If you can’t get the clients emotionally involved to want to make a decision, this role isn’t for you.
  • Diligently follow-up on all sales activities.
  • You must be money hungry.
  • Meticulously update our CRM.
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning: We seek salespeople who are curious, proactive, and resourceful—those who are constantly learning by reading, listening, and finding the answers needed to close the sale.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-generate 2 appointments per week in addition to the 8+ we set for you. Follow our system and this will be no problem.
  • Ability to work evening appointments as needed (max 2x/week).
  • 2+ years minimum experience with in-home selling of windows and doors.
  • Dependable vehicle – you’ll be a road warrior. We primarily cover Hillsborough, Pasco, & Pinellas counties. For adequate job sizes, we will run even further.
  • Must reside in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Hernando county.
  • Technology Friendly – You’ll be tasked with using our CRM (HubSpot), our quoting system, and other paperless systems. If you find yourself asking a kid to help you with something on your phone or computer, this probably won’t be a good fit for you.

Job Benefits:

  • This is a full-time, commission based, W-2 role.
  • Monthly bonuses based on closing rate and sales volume.
  • Expected Annual Income: $120,000+.
  • We are licensed to do opening modifications. No more “can’t do’s”.
